The standing rules – September 2022 for the International Service Office is a document that is currently composed of  items relating to the most important aspects of how the office should be operated with respect to the expectations of the Board of Regents (BOR), and is updated annually. Many of the items in the Standing Rules relate to office hours/visitation, employee compensation, literature stocking/pricing, check approval, document retention and investment of non operating funds.

The Standing Rules are referenced on a regular basis by the International Executive Secretary and also used during the course of BOR meetings as a guide in the decision making process.
